Depending on your enquiry or service, this may include your name, email, phone number, property suburb or address, project description, approximate budget and timing, correspondence, and project material such as photos, plans, sketches or quotes that you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use your information to assess your enquiry, communicate with you, recommend an appropriate level of support, prepare project reviews and reports, arrange appointments, issue invoices, maintain business records and improve our service.
AI-assisted internal review
Project Outline may use trusted software and AI tools to help organise, summarise or review information supplied in an enquiry or project. AI-assisted output is treated as internal working material and customer-facing advice is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support our website, email, cloud storage, accounting, payments or professional administration. We may also disclose information where you authorise us to do so or where required by law.
Builders, trades and specialists
We do not automatically send your information to builders, trades or specialists. You remain in control of who is engaged for your project and who receives your project information.
Storage and security
We use business cloud systems and reasonable security measures to protect customer information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Photos, plans and project material
We will not publish your project photos, plans, quotes, name, testimonial or case study without appropriate permission. Project Outline will not present another person's work as its own.
